Xprompt AI & Content Policy

1. Scope

This Policy applies to Prompts, system/user input, files, use cases, configurations, feedback, and other user content submitted in Xprompt, and to text, code, images, audio, video, or other outputs generated by models.

This Policy applies together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Your content

You retain the rights you have in your user content. You grant Xprompt a limited license to process user content only as needed to provide, maintain, protect, troubleshoot, bill, comply with law, and perform the features you actively choose.

Xprompt currently does not use your Prompts, inputs, outputs, run records, or API request content to train Xprompt’s own general models or third-party general models.

3. Content rights and responsibility

You must ensure that you have the right to submit, process, publish, or commercially use the relevant content and that you do not infringe others’ intellectual property, privacy, likeness, voice, personality, confidentiality, or contract rights.

Xprompt does not guarantee that model outputs are unique, original, non-infringing, protectable, or suitable for commercial use. Other users may receive the same or similar outputs. Before publishing, commercializing, or executing code, you should verify facts, sources, permissions, safety, and suitability.

To the extent Xprompt may have rights in outputs, and after you comply with the agreements and pay applicable fees, Xprompt grants you the right to use those outputs. This does not affect third-party rights, model-provider terms, similar outputs, or situations where law does not recognize rights in AI-generated content.

4. Confidentiality and sensitive information

Consumer services should not be treated as a signed confidentiality agreement. Prompts may be sent to third-party model providers and may appear in run history, logs, workspaces, public shares, or published API flows.

Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information, trade secrets, access keys, payment credentials, medical/financial/children’s data, or other regulated data. Enterprise confidentiality, dedicated data residency, zero-retention, or special compliance commitments apply only under a separate written contract and product configuration.

5. Sharing, publishing, and Codex temporary access

By default, your content is visible only to you or authorized members of your workspace.

Only when you actively create a public share, publish an API version, or confirm Codex temporary access will content be made available or transmitted according to the interface. Public shares or temporary links may be accessed, copied, or saved by anyone who obtains the link. After revocation, we stop serving content through the official link, but we cannot delete copies already made by third parties.

After a version API is published, requests to that API are routed through Xprompt servers.

6. Third-party models

Xprompt may send the necessary inputs, parameters, and technical data to the third-party model provider you select or that is shown in the interface. Model providers may have their own terms, retention, training, content limits, and service status.

If you use a custom model or API key, you must ensure that you have lawful authorization and you are responsible for the impact of that third-party account, cost, permissions, and data settings.

7. Prohibited uses

You may not use Xprompt to:

• generate, distribute, or assist child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or deceptive sexual content involving real people;
• threaten, encourage, or assist terrorism, serious violence, hate, self-harm, or unlawful harm;
• commit fraud, impersonation, phishing, false credentials, election manipulation, scaled deception, or spam;
• develop malware, cyberattacks, authentication bypass, credential theft, or unauthorized monitoring;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, likeness, voice, personality, confidentiality, or data protection rights;
• generate, copy, or distribute real-person voice, likeness, deepfakes, or identity impersonation without authorization;
• unlawfully discriminate, exploit vulnerable groups, trade prohibited goods/services, or evade law;
• bypass Xprompt or model-provider safety, region, usage, payment, rate, or content controls;
• scrape, resell accounts, or present AI outputs as professionally verified human work;
• engage in other conduct prohibited by law, platform rules, or Xprompt written notice.

8. AI labels and public release

Xprompt will indicate AI use where appropriate. When publishing AI-generated content, you should label, explain, or human-review it as required by law, platform rules, and context.

You may not maliciously remove, alter, falsify, or hide legally required AI content labels.

9. Content safety and enforcement

We may use input/output filters, rate limits, classifiers, blocklists, human review, and reporting tools to handle content safety risks. These measures may have false positives or false negatives and do not guarantee output safety.

If we discover or reasonably suspect a violation, we may refuse generation, warn, restrict models/sharing/API, isolate content, suspend tokens/accounts, freeze related benefits, or terminate service. Urgent harm, child safety, security attacks, or legal requirements may result in immediate action and preservation or reporting of necessary records.

10. Reports, appeals, and infringement notices

Reports, appeals, infringement notices, and counter-notices can be submitted through the in-product support entry.

Please provide relevant links, run IDs, share IDs, work descriptions, proof of rights, issue description, and necessary evidence. Do not repeatedly upload illegal, sensitive, or high-risk materials.

Unless legally restricted, we will explain the reason category, scope, duration, and appeal channel for affected users and process appeals within a reasonable time.

11. Changes to this Policy

New prohibited categories or safety measures may take effect promptly because of urgent risk. We will provide reasonable explanation. For changes that materially affect content licenses, training, publication, rights, or appeals, we will provide advance notice and obtain renewed consent where required by law.
